What it is
The customer-facing survey report — not an MSCC5-coded survey.
Tüvron is CCTV drain inspection report software for plumbers and drain contractors. It turns drain camera footage into a branded, plain-English inspection report — every finding placed at its metre along the pipe with the CCTV frame beside it, a 1–5 condition grade, the contractor's own recommendation and an optional itemised quote — that is sent to the customer as a secure link before the contractor leaves site.
Tüvron produces the report a homebuyer, homeowner, landlord or letting agent reads and acts on. It does not produce an MSCC5 or WRc-coded survey and doesn't present its grade as one — if your client needs coded data for a water company or an engineer, that's a different document. Tüvron is built and run in Australia and works in the UK with metres and millimetres, pounds and UK dates.

Is this MSCC5 or WRc coding software?
No. Tüvron produces a plain-English survey report for the customer, not an MSCC5 or WRc-coded condition survey. The 1–5 grade is the inspector's own and is labelled as such. If your client — a water company, an engineer, a warranty provider — requires coded data, you need a coding tool, not Tüvron.
Can I brand the survey report with my logo?
Yes. Your logo, your business details and your contact information are on every report, and the customer's link shows your business, not ours.
Does it work with my crawler or push-rod camera?
Yes — if the camera records video, Tüvron works with it. Use the file straight off the SD card, a screen recording, or footage captured on your phone. No proprietary hardware, nothing to install.
Can I attach a quote in pounds?
Yes. Set your business country to the United Kingdom and quotes are in GBP. Attach an itemised quote under the recommendation it belongs to, and the customer can request a booking from the same page.
Is Tüvron UK-based?
No. Tüvron is built and run in Australia by a working drainage contractor, and works in the UK with metres and millimetres, pounds and UK date format. Support is by email and a real person answers it; the privacy policy sets out where data is stored.
