What it is

Tüvron is CCTV drain inspection report software for plumbers and drain contractors. It turns drain camera footage into a branded, plain-English inspection report — every finding placed at its metre along the pipe with the CCTV frame beside it, a 1–5 condition grade, the contractor's own recommendation and an optional itemised quote — that is sent to the customer as a secure link before the contractor leaves site.
Set your business to the United States and reports run in feet and inches with estimates in US dollars. If you're coding a municipality's mains to PACP, this isn't your tool. If you're scoping a homeowner's lateral and want them to approve the repair, it is. Tüvron is built and run in Australia and works in the US with local units and currency.

Does it report in feet and inches?
Yes. Set your business country to the United States and Tüvron reports distances in feet, pipe sizes in inches, dates in US format and estimates in US dollars.
Is this PACP software?
No. Tüvron produces a plain-English inspection report for the homeowner or business, not a NASSCO PACP-coded condition assessment. The 1–5 grade is the inspector's own and is labeled as such. If your client is a municipality that requires PACP data, you need a coding platform, not Tüvron.
Can I put my estimate in US dollars?
Yes. Attach an itemized estimate under the recommendation it belongs to — line items and total in USD — and the homeowner can request a booking from the same page.
Does it work with my drain camera?
Yes — if your camera records video, Tüvron works with it. Use the file straight off the SD card, a screen recording, or footage captured on your phone. No special hardware, nothing to install in the van.
Where is my data stored?
Tüvron is operated from Australia and uses cloud providers in several regions; the privacy policy sets out where data is stored and with whom. You control every customer link you've sent — list, expire or revoke it at any time — and you keep permanent access to reports you've made.
What does my customer actually get?
A secure link to a clean, branded report they can open on their phone — your logo, plain-English findings with photos, your recommendation, and an itemised quote if you've attached one. They can ask a question or request a booking from the same page. No app to install, no login, no 2 GB video attachment.
Is the report a WSA 05, PACP or MSCC condition survey?
No. Tüvron produces a plain-English inspection report for the customer, not a coded condition survey. The 1–5 grade on each finding is the inspector's own assessment and is labelled as exactly that. It isn't a WSA, PACP or MSCC score and isn't presented as one.
What does it cost?
Tüvron is free while it's in beta — no card required, and nothing to apply for. We're refining the reporting workflow with real plumbers before paid plans are introduced. Early testers will get founder pricing when plans launch, and you keep access to every report you've already made.
